Playing the blame game is for losers!
I HAVE been doing independent inspections on failed flooring for many years and, believe it or not, I see the same problems, excuses and passing the buck, time and time again.
Here is one typical example: I was commissioned by a consumer who had solid wood flooring installed in a three bedrooms, lounge, hall and diner. It was a new build and the consumer wanted the flooring installed before they moved in.
